Software Maintenance & Support

Technology evolves. Your software should too.

We help businesses keep digital systems current through fixes, enhancements, performance improvements, and planned technical support. Scope and service levels are agreed per engagement.

Design & Engineering

Keep your software useful as needs change.

After launch, dependencies, user expectations and connected services continue to change. Maintenance gives the team an agreed way to investigate issues, prioritize improvements and manage updates.

We assess the current application and its operating context before taking on work. Support coverage, response expectations, access and release responsibilities are defined per engagement.

What we deliver

Define the scope.
Build what matters.

Select the capabilities your project needs. Deliverables, dependencies and review milestones are agreed in your proposal.

01 /

Bug fixing

Investigate reported issues and implement agreed corrections.

02 /

Feature enhancements

Scope useful changes against the existing architecture.

03 /

Application updates

Review dependencies and application compatibility.

04 /

Performance optimization

Address measured bottlenecks within the agreed scope.

05 /

Troubleshooting

Trace failures using available logs and reproducible examples.

06 /

Security updates

Review applicable patches and validate affected journeys.

07 /

Integration maintenance

Adapt connections when supported providers change.

08 /

Improvement planning

Maintain a prioritized backlog of technical and user needs.

Business benefits

Useful outcomes.
Clear priorities.

These are project objectives. Results depend on the agreed scope, adoption and operating context.

  • Reduce disruption
  • Maintain compatibility
  • Improve performance
  • Extend useful product life

Our approach

From a clear brief
to useful delivery.

Each stage establishes the decisions and evidence needed for the next step.

  1. 01

    Assess current system

Review the codebase, dependencies and deployment context.

  2. 02

    Prioritize issues

Rank defects and improvements by operational impact.

  3. 03

    Plan updates

Agree scope, coverage and release responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Implement and test

Apply changes and check affected journeys.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Prepare the agreed release and rollback arrangements.

  6. 06

    Review

Review completed work and the next maintenance priorities.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Useful answers.

Can you maintain software developed elsewhere?

We start with a codebase, dependency and deployment review. Documentation, access and system condition determine whether the engagement is feasible.

Is round-the-clock support included?

Coverage and response levels are agreed for each engagement. Continuous availability or a fixed response time should not be assumed without an explicit service agreement.

Are new features included in maintenance?

Corrective work and enhancements may have different scopes. The agreement should define the maintenance allowance, priorities and how additional work is estimated.
